RCF Winter Wellness Challenge
January 18th - March 18th

Need a little something to keep you motivated
during the chilly days of winter?
Have we got a game for you! The WINTER WELLNESS CHALLENGE will be starting January 18th. Each participating member will pick up a points sheet at River City Fitness, every week, to keep track of the points they accumulated during the week. (*see the point system table below) In addition to the regular pont system, John and/or Ann will sporadically post opportunities to earn additional points -- so keep a look-out for that!

At the end of the Challenge, on March 18th, all the points wil be added and the member with the most points will be the GRAND CHAMPION! :-)

Stop in at the gym to find out all the details and pick-up your weekly points sheets to start keeping track of all your points January 18th!

Prizes will be awarded.... fat will be lost....
strength will be gained....

DAILY Workout 1
20min of cardio + 20min of weight training 1
Drink 64oz of water 1
Eat a yogurt 1
Eat 6 servings of fruits & vegetables 1
**Keep a look-out for BONUS POINTS - John randomly posts opportunities to earn extra points!
